因應新型冠狀病毒肺炎防疫注意事項
General Guidance for 2020 Novel Coronavirus in Divison of International Affairs

一、因應中央疫情指揮中心於6月7日起大解封、校園調整防疫措施，於7月1日起全面開放校園。國際組已取消原設立之學生/訪客接待專區，惟學生/訪客進入辦公室時仍須配戴口罩。
1. Due to the gradually lifting lockdown by CECC Organization, NTUE campus adjusted the prevention of COVID-19, and open the whole campus from 1st July in accordance with the CECC. Division of International Affairs Office was cancelled the reception area for both students and visitors, but wear the mask while you enter the office.

二、國際組辦公空間將定時消毒，工作人員於辦公時間會全程配戴口罩。
2. The whole working area of the International Office will be disinfected with alcohol regularly. The staffs of International Office will wear masks during the working time.

三、國際組已針對是否有同學於過去14天內曾赴大陸地區(含港澳)旅遊、轉機或居住進行調查，如有任何疑問請隨時聯繫我們：international@tea.ntue.edu.tw
3. The International Office has carried out a survey to check if there were students who had traveled, transferred, or lived in China, including Hong Kong and Macao area, in the past 14 days. If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to contact us: international@tea.ntue.edu.tw

四、目前國際組暫停所有姊妹校或私人拜訪活動，包括取消參加2020年亞太教育者年會（APAIE）、美洲教育者年會（NAFSA）與取消舉辦日本文化交流團活動。
4. The International Office has currently paused all the incoming & outgoing visits and has canceled the events including the 2020 NTUE Language & Cultural Program for JP Partner Institutions, Asia- Pacific Association for International Education, North-America Association of International Educators…etc.
