The message from MOE related to CECC arroved that foreign Freshman students from low- or medium-risk countries/regions are allowed to entry Taiwan. (including new graudate, current degree students, 2020/2021 admitted Freshman/students and MOFA Scolarship students). (updated on July 22)
MOE of Taiwan now announced those foreign students who arrive from low- and medium-risk countries/regions are allowed entry Taiwan begins from 22 July, 2020. (New-in students of 2020/2021 Fall semester).
Currently, from 22 July, 2020 those foreign students who from Low-risk & Medium-risk countries/regions are allowed entry Taiwan but limited to only 2020/2021 Freshman and study in Degree-seeking students. The above countries/regions including: Vietnam, Hong Kong(note 1), Macau, Thailand, Palau, Australia(note 1), New Zealand, Brunei, Fiji, Mongolia, Bhutan, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Sri lanka, Myanmar.

Note: updated on July 22, consider the new cases recent spike in Hong Kong and Australia, CECC decided remove these 2 countries/regions from the low risk countries/regions. But this is not affect the entry application of new gradaute, current, and New admitted Students.
